On February 6, 2024, our founder Mr. Samidip Sarkar and Co-Founder Mrs. Pausali Sarkar along with the representatives from our NGO made a meaningful visit to the Meherpur Dishari Rural Development Society.
Led by Biplab Halder, the Meherpur Dishari Rural Development Society stands out as an example of hope. It provides a nurturing environment for children who have been left vulnerable due to various circumstances. The society operates a small yet impactful educational setup, where children are not only educated but also provided with the basic necessities of food and shelter, thanks to the generous contributions of donors.
During our visit, we had the opportunity to interact with approximately 65 children, each with their unique story of resilience. The society has a commendable approach to identifying children in need, utilizing social media to extend their reach beyond Bengal, ensuring that even those abandoned at the most remote areas receive a chance at a brighter future.
Our primary aim was to explore avenues through which we could support the Meherpur Dishari Rural Development Society. This visit has laid the groundwork for ongoing discussions and potential collaboration aimed at enriching the educational and developmental programs for the children under their care.
We are inspired by the dedication and commitment of the Meherpur Dishari Rural Development Society and look forward to the possibility of a fruitful partnership that will significantly contribute to the betterment of the lives of these children.
