THE CHALLENGE
Each year, over 15 million students appear for the Class 12 exams in India. While nearly 30% pursue Science, aiming for careers in engineering or medicine, the remaining 70%—largely from underprivileged communities—opt for Commerce or Arts, often without clear career pathways.
Despite their ambition and willingness to work hard, these students lack access to modern tools, practical skills, and career guidance essential for navigating today’s dynamic job landscape. As a result, many struggle to translate their education into meaningful employment or entrepreneurial opportunities.
OUR APPROACH
MPower is an activity-driven, real-world learning program that introduces students to the evolving world of career opportunities and empowers them with the skills, tools, and mindset needed to pursue realistic and fulfilling careers. The program is delivered through four integrated modules:

Gain proficiency in digital tools to build an edge: Learn AI Tools such as chatGPT, chatBots, Prompt Engg, Google Cloud, and Productivity Tools
Career Launch
Prepare to stand out in competitive job markets. Stay ahead of the competition with an upgraded CV and a professional network. Master interview skills through mock interviews.
Start-up Studio
Discover self-employment and entrepreneurial possibilities: Learn about business and freelancing options. Gain hands-on experience with Business Basics, Customer Outreach, and Branding & Marketing.
DELIVERY & PROGRESS TRACKING
MPower uses a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver content and manage assignments.
Each student’s engagement and progress are tracked across modules to create a personalized longitudinal learning record, capturing both skill growth and career-readiness over time.
