An entrepreneur and business leader, Samidip has always held dear to his heart a deep desire to give back and serve the underprivileged. His belief that committed execution towards a singular focus can lead to meaningful intervention has been the inspiration behind Abha. He has since been working tirelessly to empower and enable the youths from marginalized communities to fulfil their dreams.
When not working at Abha, he spends time watching sports, listening to podcasts, and exploring ways to make meaningful impacts to communities.
Co-Founder
Paushali has spent her career in the education sector. Having spent over 20 years teaching students from various backgrounds, she brings her passion and experience to upskill underprivileged youths.
She is also a firm believer in women’s empowerment and is involved with several women’s groups, helping in their upliftment.
When not at Abha, she loves connecting with others, practices meditation, and goes for long walks.
Advisor
Psychologist & Facilitator
At Antahin Abha Foundation, Nairita Ghosh serves as a Psychologist and Facilitator within the Ekagra-Now program, dedicated to enhancing mental well-being in schools.
Nairita holds a Postgraduate degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Her role involves enriching various esteemed educational institutes as a visiting faculty member in Psychology, where she applies various therapeutic modules to support and uplift students and staff alike.
Nairita’s professional commitment to mental health is complemented by a vibrant personal life. Outside of Abha, she finds joy and relaxation in music, dance, and travel. These pursuits not only provide personal fulfillment but also enrich her holistic approach to mental health and education, making her a valued member of the community.
Operations Lead
Ravi oversees day-to-day operations. He also leads community outreach and partnerships with partner organizations.
Ravi brings over 17 years of experience across Livelihood and Skill Development, Training and Operation Management and has served under multiple social care organizations across West Bengal, Bihar and Odisha.
During his free time, he engages himself in cricket, whether as a participant or a spectator. He also likes to try out new recipes.
Program Lead
Neha Jain is a Program Lead at Antahin Abha Foundation, leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of education-focused initiatives. She works closely with content teams, field teams, and leadership to ensure programs are pedagogically strong, child-centric, and aligned with organizational priorities, while strengthening systems and translating vision into effective on-ground impact.
Neha holds a degree in early childhood education and brings several years of experience in the education and nonprofit sector. Her work spans curriculum and content design, teacher capacity building, program implementation, and the thoughtful integration of technology to support effective teaching and learning at scale.
Outside of work, Neha enjoys exploring innovative education initiatives, listening to music, appreciating good food, and spending time with children—learning from their ideas and perspectives.
Deputy Operations Lead
As the Deputy Operations Lead, Narendra oversees mPower, nRich and mBolden training operations in the Pathar Pratima area. He also conducts community outreach across various Gram Panchayats across Pathar Pratima. Before joining Abha, Narendra supported the execution of various Government run livelihood programs in the South 24 Parganas for over 10 years.
In his free time, he engages in rural development and social work. He likes watching Bengali dramas. He also listens and recites poetry.
Program Coordinator
As the Program Coordinator at Antahin Abha Foundation, Sneha plays a key role in overseeing and managing all program-related activities for two major initiatives: NRich and MPower. She ensures smooth coordination between teams, partners, and field operations to support the successful implementation of each program. With a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to impact, she helps drive the foundation’s mission forward through efficient planning and execution.
She holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree and has been an integral part of the Abha team since its early days.
Outside of work in Abha, she enjoys exploring new experiences—whether it’s indulging in good food, watching a great show, or spending quiet time creating something artistic.
Creative Designer
Alexander leads a number of critical operational activities including web design, IT operations, and media outreach.
Alexander holds a Masters degree in English, and his biggest passion is branding, media communication and creative design.
When not working at Abha, Alexander can be found creating content, composing poetry or making illustrations.
Senior Trainer
Akhil has been a lifelong social worker with a committed track record of making meaningful impacts in people’s lives. He has spent over 10 years conducting various personality grooming and positive psychology training for underprivileged students. Currently, he is conducting entrepreneurial and small business training for rural women under the mBolden program.
Akhil is passionate about human psychology. He spends his free time observing and learning about various behavioral and thought patterns.
Senior Trainer
Pintu has been leading IT Skill training. He is a certified and highly skilled trainer with over 7 years of experience across Soft Skills and Computer training with rural youths. He has also worked with various Skill training initiatives and has a strong understanding of the target students and their needs.
When not at work Pintu performs family responsibilities besides watching movies and humming bengali music tunes.
Senior Trainer
Sontu has an experience of imparting Basic and Advanced IT Training over 8 years in various organisation. He is highly dedicated and influencing character. Using his experience he understands the nerves of the youths of marginalized community very well. He is capable of handling difficult situations and complex group dynamics to keep things running smoothly.
Sontu is interested in new technologies and applications. He spends his free time playing around with computer hardware and solves technical riddles.
Software Engineer
Akash contributes to Antahin Abha by supporting both technical and operational initiatives, building digital solutions, and improving workflows, outreach, and execution. He handles end-to-end responsibilities from planning to implementation.
He has a foundation in computer science and hands-on experience in backend development, web technologies, cloud platforms, and systems programming, supported by continuous learning through projects and technical courses.
In his free time, he focuses on continuous learning and building side projects, with a strong interest in problem-solving, technology, and long-form podcasts.
Senior Trainer
Megha as a Senior Trainer for the MPower program, works closely with adolescents and youth in schools and community settings. Her sessions focus on building academic readiness, life skills, and self-awareness. With a learner-centered and reflective approach, she creates safe spaces for young people to express themselves and grow.
With a Master’s in Social Work from TISS Mumbai and a Postgraduate Diploma in Women and Gender Studies, Megha combines academic insight with hands-on grassroots work, including her prior experience leading education and health initiatives in rural Bihar under a CSR programme.
She’s also a passionate documentary enthusiast, often exploring themes of caste, gender, love, and labour through storytelling and film. Outside of work, Megha finds joy in cooking, volunteering, journaling, and meeting new people believing that every story, big or small, deserves to be heard.
Trainer
Susmita Halder is a committed Trainer at Antahin Abha Foundation, playing a key role in the NRich Kids program. She conducts computer training sessions that help children develop essential digital skills for the modern world. Alongside this, she facilitates Project-Based Learning (PBL) activities that foster creative thinking, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving among school students.
Holding a Master’s degree in Sanskrit from Jadavpur University, Susmita combines her deep cultural knowledge with modern educational techniques to offer a rich and diverse learning experience.
Beyond her professional commitments, Susmita is an avid reader of storybooks and enjoys the art of recitation. Her passion for nature is reflected in her hobbies, which include gardening, nature photography and drawing.
Trainer
Tuya Gharami serves as an Nrich Trainer at the Antahin Abha Foundation, where she plays a pivotal role in delivering Nrich training at “Shishu Tirtha” and “Shishu Udhyan” schools. Tuya combines her academic skills with practical training to enhance the educational experiences of her students.
In addition to her role at the foundation, Tuya is a professional makeup artist and a passionate home baker, skills that reflect her creativity and attention to detail. Her multifaceted expertise enables her to bring a unique perspective to her teaching methods, enriching the learning environment for all.
Outside of her professional life, Tuya is an enthusiastic cook and an avid animal lover. She dedicates her free time to caring for street dogs and cats, providing them with food and affection.
Trainer
As a Trainer at Antahin Abha Foundation, she designs and delivers engaging lessons that enhance children’s learning experiences. Through interactive games and project-based activities, she fosters critical thinking, creativity, and active participation in the classroom. She is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment, while also assessing student progress and offering constructive feedback to guide their growth.
She holds a degree in English Literature from Women’s Christian College, affiliated with the University of Calcutta. Her educational journey includes assistant teaching roles at two schools, involvement with the National Service Scheme (NSS), and over three years of private tutoring experience.
Outside of her work at Abha, she enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and spending time in nature.
Trainer
As an NRich Trainer at Abha, Prerana is dedicated to guiding students and helping them enhance their skills so they can move closer to their personal and professional goals. Her talkative nature helps her bond easily with children, while her knowledge of psychology allows her to understand their behavior and support them in a meaningful way.
She holds an M.Sc. in Psychology and has recently become a valued part of Team Abha.
Outside of her role at Abha, Prerana enjoys traveling to new places, cooking, reading storybooks, dancing, and listening to horror audio stories that spark her imagination.
Trainer
At Abha, Mohan plays a key role in both the NRich Children Project and the MPower Program, where he uses smart classroom techniques to deliver engaging lessons and personalized mentoring. His ability to integrate technology into teaching, supported by his working knowledge of computers, ensures students receive a modern and impactful learning experience.
Mohanlal Jana, with over seven years of teaching experience, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in English (Honours) and has completed specialized certifications including the NCC ‘C’ Certificate and Civil Defence training.
Outside the classroom, Mohan is known for his calm demeanor and dedication to continuous learning.
Analyst
Disha is an Analyst with the Communications Department at Abha, where she brings ideas to life by designing posts and creating content that finds its way to the organization’s social media platforms. Blending creativity with curiosity, she enjoys shaping stories that connect with people in thoughtful and engaging ways.
With a Bachelor’s in Anthropology, Disha carries a fascination and love for understanding cultures, communities, and the many ways people express themselves.
Beyond the desk, Disha is drawn to the arts and little creative adventures—whether it’s watching movies or a good series online, being part of theatre, humming a tune now and then, or experimenting with baking in the kitchen. She is also slowly finding her way back to reading, one book at a time.

Anindita Haldar is a dynamic Trainer at Antahin Abha Foundation, where she plays a vital role in the Nrich Children project. Anindita facilitates digital classes, engaging students in an interactive learning process that encourages the exploration of new concepts.
Anindita is a graduate in Education and has also completed her Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), which enriches her teaching methodology with foundational pedagogical principles.
Outside of her professional life, Anindita cherishes time spent with children. She is passionate about music and dancing. An avid reader of poetry and storybooks. Moreover, her commitment to helping others not only fulfills a personal passion but also enriches her community interactions, bringing her a profound sense of peace and fulfillment.
